4 possible reasons for not losing weight even if you keep a diet

You kept all possible diets, and no result? That doesn't necessarily mean they are not efficient, you could also get something wrong during the process. Here are the most important reasons for which some diet just won't work.

1. You set unrealistic goals.
There are many weight loss products or miracle diets that promise you to lose weight in record time. Unfortunately for you, that's not really possible. If you really want to get off the extra pounds, you must arm yourself with patience and set yourself reasonable goals. Otherwise, you can get no satisfaction.

2. Your parents and  friends sabotage you.
It's not easy to keep a diet, so your friends and families should always encourage you. Ask them not to serve you every five minutes with pizza, cake or chocolate.

3. You eat more than you can consume.
Even when discussing a diet you need to know your math. If you want to get off the pounds, you need to burn more calories than you eat. For that, you could use a calories calculator to determine what foods and in what quantities you can eat.

4. You weigh yourself too often.
Results will begin to appear after the first week of diet. So don't hit the scale daily, because you will probably see no difference.
